4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or unexpected circumstances.
Jewelbox Collection is not liable for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched to the courier service.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges are governed strictly by our Return & Exchange Policy:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
The original Jewelbox Collection tag must remain attached to the garment.
A valid original bill or purchase receipt is strictly required.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website and social media platforms—including logos, product designs, imagery, photographs, graphics, text, and layout—is the exclusive intellectual property of Jewelbox Collection.
